These Beta terms describe the curated submission service. They require jurisdiction-specific legal review before production launch.
The service
During Beta, you may submit work for consideration by our curated visual wall. Submission does not guarantee publication, a fixed position, audience size, impression count, click count, search indexing, conversion, or result.
Your responsibilities
You must have the rights to submitted material, provide accurate information, use a safe matching destination, and follow our guidelines. You remain responsible for your product, claims, landing page, and legal obligations.
Review and removal
We accept only high-quality submissions and may approve, request changes, reject, pause, hide, or remove content at our sole discretion to protect visitors and the service. Revisions require review.
Availability and liability
We aim to operate reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
